

The Customer may choose between the following Programs options: Illycaffè provides the option to join a subscription Program aimed at supplying Products periodically under the illy trademark or other trademarks (the “Products”). The Products can be purchased exclusively for personal and household use and any form of sale to third parties is prohibited. The acceptance of the Subscription Terms is a necessary condition to complete the purchase of the Products in accordance with the terms of the Programs. The applicable Subscription Terms are those in force at the time of completion of the subscription process as provided in Article 5.
